Perini Building Company teamed up with Aderholt Specialty in 2004 for the Augustus Tower project at Caesars Palace. Herb Aderholt personally oversaw the bid negotiations for the award of the 28 story tower project consisting of a total of 949 rooms.

Aderholt Specialty Company worked exhaustively with us at Perini on logistics and scheduling to run the job like a fine watch. With schedule and turnover a major concern, Aderholt was awarded the project. Aderholt was always proactive with providing solutions to construction and coordination issues. If it had not been for the ambitious effort put forth from the Aderholt team, both the budget and schedule would have been jeopardized.
